An original blend of three appellations, l’Eclectique surprises and seduces even the most refined of palates. Fine and delicate nose, aromas of ripe red fruits, especially cherry. On the palate there is a strong flavour of cocoa with a complex finish with notes of tobacco. The three wines marry to give a lovely long finish. Great with red meat, sauced dishes, or with sophisticated dishes like risotto with truffles.
